To ensure that a board is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible, Directors Australia reviews the way boards operate and provides recommendations to improve board processes.

Our board process reviews assess:

• the amount of, and way, information is provided to the board
• the content and format of board agendas and minutes
• the types of board reports and their presentation and content


• other board papers.

We also attend and observe board meetings to provide feedback on meeting processes and board dynamics.
